ENROLLMENT

The deadline for submitting the application form for admission to secondary school programmes is 3rd April 2023. By this date, all applicants wishing to enrol at the Mechanical and Chemical High School in Ljubljana for the next academic year must submit an application form, which must be printed, filled in, signed (by the applicant and parents) and sent to the school. Send your application by registered post to the Mechanical and Chemical High School in Ljubljana, Aškerčeva 1, 1000 Ljubljana.

  1. Information days

    Information days will be held in secondary schools and student dormitories on 17th and 18th February 2023.

  2. Accepting applications

    Until 3rd April 2023, secondary schools will be accepting student applications for admission to the 1st year of secondary school.

  3. Announcement of the number of applications

    On 7th April 2023, the number of applications for secondary school enrolment will be published on the website of the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth

  4. Application transfer deadline

    You will be able to transfer your application from one secondary school to another until 24th April 2023

  5. Announcement of enrolment restrictions

    On 24th May 2023, the list of secondary schools with enrolment restrictions will be made public (on the website of the MIZŠ).

  6. Evidence (certificates) of fulfilment of the entry requirements

    You will be enrolled at a school that does not restrict enrolment from 16th June 2023.On 21st June 2023 by 14.00, the secondary schools will announce the results of the 1st Round. On 21st June 2023 by 15.00, the secondary schools will announce the lower thresholds of the 1st Round and the results of the 1st Round of the selection procedure and inform you about your options for the 2nd Round.

  7. Registration of unsuccessful candidates in Round 1

    23rd June 2023, by 15.00, registration of unsuccessful candidates for the 2nd Round of the selection procedure.

  8. Publication of the results of the 2nd Round of the selection procedure

    29th June 2023, by 15.00 - publication of the results of the 2nd Round of the selection procedure.

  9. Registration of candidates in the 2nd Round

    30th June 2023, by 14.00 - enrolment of successful candidates in the 2nd Round of the selection procedure.

  10. Announcement of vacancies for enrolment

    3rd July 2023,by 15:00 - publication of remaining vacancies.

  11. Deadline for secondary school enrolment

    You will still be able to enrol at the school until 31st August 2023, if there are still available vacancies.

56 places in the training programme CHEMICAL TECHNICIAN
